[WT-support] Version 4.3 and country-files from 2009-11-27

Hi Group,

preparing for the upcoming CQWW I updated to WT 4.3.0 and updated the 
three coutry-files CTY.DAT, CTY_WT.DAT, CTY_WT_MOD.DAT (version 2009-11-27)

After that, WT has problems with the files
CTY_WT.DAT in line 317
CTY_WT_MOD.DAT in line 489

WT gives out a fatal error and stops. What is wrong? When I remove both 
files from the DIR, WT works.
