[WT-support] SCP file installation in WT 4

After much weeping and gnashing of teeth last night and again this morning, 
 and with the help of others, I finally got the master.scp file to work in  
Win-Test, version 4.1.  Unfortunately, the WT documentation is of no  help 
on how to install the SCP file in WT 4.
 
In WT ver. 4, the master.scp file must go into the following  directory:
c:\documents and settings\all users\application  data\win-test\databases
 
This directory is accessed from the WT File Menu as  follows:
File\Explore, then click on "/databases directory".
 
In WT, the user can see which SCP file he is using by right-clicking on the 
 "Check partial result" or "N + 1" window, and selecting "Used files  
list...".  This will tell him the SCP default file name, and its installed  
release date.
