Hello,
This comment is completely unfair.
On october 31th (sorry, but we are also operating contests, and were previously at FY5KE), I sent
a long and personal reply with all the instructions.
This one ended with : "Let me know if you still face a problem". Then, silence so far ...
Before complaining, the best would be to read the numerous registering informations provided :
- In the welcome mail sent to the customers
- On the web site
- On the wiki pages
If something is missing, browsing the support list archives will give the very last details.
If this software does not fit our needs, we can refund.

I totally agree..... the method of install and upgrades is stupid..

com;mon guys you hav a good program but lousy documentation and procedures.

hello,
may I humbly suggest that it is high time to reconsider these arcane registration procedures.
I completely fail to see what all these hoops we have to jump through when installing on different computers are supposed to accomplish.
For example, requiring an internet connection to be able to install software is a PITA to put it mildly.
I wish that this issue would be dealt with at it´s root cause and soon.
Otherwise, I am a very happy user,
