[WT-support] registration issue

Hi

a friend of mine is not able to register his V3 installation of WinTest
The installation went fine on his home computer after buying V3
Now he wants to install it on a notebook (Vista) for portable use.

An older version (for testing) has been de-installed and 3.27.1 has been
installed new, computer code generated, got new registration code
but after entering the registration code WT comes up again with the
Demo-screen and asks for entering 1,2 or 3

Any ideas?
