if you start WIN-TEST with the wt-dev.exe (from wt_dev.-zip) than is all OK.
Hope to meet you in my last hour (10:00 - 11:00 UTC) in URDX - need your multiplier - hi.

  There is still a problem with UDX contest software some code still default to DN = 089 LV= L3 ETC. I have the 07 bug fix installed!
