Mmmhhh... According to the rules, and from what I understand, you're not 
really allowed to send anything with an "automatic" device (like a 
keyboard - or by a computer, by extension).

The DXPed mode should do it. Of course, you will have to split the 
(long) report into two parts : RST in the RST field, and the QRx/nnnn in 
the Information field.

But, if I were you, I'd ask the organizers abt the above rules before 
starting ;-)
