[WT-support] PSK Settings with PRO III and MK2

Can you just use the buttons on the rig to change modes, instead of Win-Test
commands?  The Win-Test logging screen should automatically track mode
changes you make on the rig.
You may have to adjust the digital band band map in the MicroHAM router
software.
