I'm please to annouce Win-Test version 3.27.0:

This version does not release lots of new features but it is intended to 
be one of the last one before major upgrade to v4. We will come back 
again shortly on this list with informations about v4, stay tuned!

Release v3.27.0 (Jun 9, 2009)

- Log entry : In CW, and when applicable (depending on the contest and
   station worked), letters for cut numbers are translated. Only works
   for new entered QSOs. Tnx N6TV.

- New option in the bandmap properties to randomize a small offset
   (-100 Hz/0/+100 Hz) of the transmitting frequency of a grabbed spot.
   Works only in CW mode. Tnx F5VIH/SV3SJ.

- Several typos fixed. Tnx DL6RAI.
