[WT-support] Turn rotator line command?

Hi Bob,
The wRotators windows is in the win-test background main window, so we have to minimize win-test window  to work with it. To turn the antenna, the fast, and simple way, is insert a temporary country prefix in the log callsign field  and then press crtl+F12
