Not exactly. The key you get after a request is adapted to the license 
you own. It means that if you are licensed to v4 you will get keys for 
WT v4. And if you didn't upgraded, you will get key for WT v3. We 
manually send keys for people who upgraded to v4, and still need a v3 
key for some reason.
