[WT-support] UA3 and cty_wt_mod.dat?

Just to add from IARU - also UA6G (maybe some other UA6's) did the same thing. Jim, you can check that too...

Anyhow, hope to join the happy crowd of V4 testers soon when I will have time to go through the upgrade:)

One thing that I got myself thinking about in IARU was the ability to determine the call of the HQ station from the Exchange. Any way to do that? I remember someone asking the same about IOTA exchanges once. Any ideas generated on that?
