[WT-support] Download CTY-file: WT4 crashes

Hi all,

tried to install/download the modified CTY-file by

1. opening WT 4.0.1 (no log loaded)
2. Selecting Configure -> database files (sorry if menu items are named different,
I use the german version)
3. Selecting country files
4. In the dialogbox clicking on the third option and then
5. directly clicking on download

WT crashes and wants to send an error report to MS. Other colleagues confirmed
this behavior. I'm using WT4 on XP, SP3 with almost all updates installed (no IE7 etc.)
