Just tried on an XP machine where LAME wasn't installed (yet) :

1/ Download LAME ACM http://www.free-codecs.com/download/LAME_ACM_Codec.htm
2/ Follow the install instructions of the above page
3/ LAME is now available in the WT4 recorder.

Not tried on Vista, but it worths a try !
