[WT-support] Audio Recorder in WT4 and Vista

Hello ..

Me and some other hams have problems to record the audio in WT4 coming
in at the sound device under Windows Vista. First question is where to
install which MP3 codec? Lame MP3 encoder should be fine, but how to
install it so that it is visible in the related menu? So far the menu
window opens only after an error message was confirmed. The drop down
menu is empty although 2 different codes were installed.
