[WT-support] V4 error

One of my computers does not seem to want to run Wintest.
V3 has worked fine but I am having trouble getting V4 to work.

The machine is an old Windows NT system.

When I start WinTest (v4) I get the following pop-up box telling me:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

When I click ok I get this message:
The WT.EXE file is linked to a missing export NTDLL.DLL:ZWUnmapViewofSection
