[WT-support] CQ zone information

Hello,
 
If I am not missing something, seems that the CQ zone not appears in any
windows. 
 
Maybe will be good to add CQ zone (or ITU zone in contests that use this
exchange) in the check multiplier windows, where right now are displayed the
bearing information of the station you log, SR and SS.
