download ARRL-ALL.ZIP from http://download.win-test.com/databases/ , unzip arrl-all.dtb file and paste into win-test directory.

  just updated to the new version 3.24 for the CQWW 160m next weekend.

  Exchange guessing does only show zones for non-USA-Stations
  but no states for USA-Stations. What did I miss to configure?

  The file "states.dat" is available and updated
