[WT-support] CQWW 160m ???

Hi Wolfgang,

the STATES.DAT file only contains the abbreviations for US states and VE provinces. I 
think  ARRL-USVE.DTB  and/or  ARRL_160_USVE.DTB  is call-state database to use.
