[WT-support] Rigblaster Plus RTTY

I have a bad experience same...

Rigblaster plus provides only one Com port.You can not work both MMTTY and
Wintest with same port.I solved the problem with rigblaster PRO,which
provides TWO seperate com ports for MMTTY and Win-test.
