[WT-support] Bug in CQ160M Contest Off-time calculations

I notice that Win-Test (3.24.0) defaults to a 15-minute minimum for
off-times in the CQ160M contest.

One of the rule changes in the CQ 160M contest this year was to adopt
a minimum 30 minute off-time threshold. Previously, there was no
specified minimum.

I suspect the Win-Test team missed that change, or the Off-time
Threshold would default to "Apply the contest rule" and use 30
minutes.

Anyone planning to operate this weekend in the CQ 160M SSB contest
should be careful to make the change to 30-minutes off-time
threshold...

right-click the RATE window
click the Off-time calculation threshold
select 30 minutes

I will attempt to create a bug report for this, if I can recall how to do it.
