[WT-support] ARRL DX CW Cabrillo didn't have Section

Hi,

I used Win-Test in the ARRL International DX CW contest for a couple of 
hours last weekend.  When I created the Cabrillo file it was missing my 
section.  I did have the section in Contest configuration in 
"State/Province/Other" but it didn't appear in the Cabrillo.  How do I get 
my section to be included?
