[WT-support] Shift +F1-F7 not working.

Last night I was setting up for ARRL DX CW and wanted to customize my CW
messages and held the SHIFT key down and F1 through F7 or INSERT or + and
the little window no longer pops up to allow me to edit the message keys.
 Anybody else notice this?  ALT + C still works.
