[WT-support] WPX RTTY bug in 3.25.1

Wait for official word from the contest director, W0YK, which should
eventually be posted at http://www.cqwpxrtty.com.

Apparently there was an error in the published 2009 WPX RTTY rules; the
point scoring was actually supposed to be the same as it was in 2008 (2
points for same-country low band QSOs, 1 point for high band QSOs), but that
wasn't what was published (1 point/QSO, all bands).

Bottom line: your displayed score is probably correct as-is unless you used
WT version 3.26-dev.

Of course the Cabrillo file will be the same no matter which version you
used, since QSO points are not saved there. Just send in the Cabrillo file
and the WPX log-checking software will score it the same as everyone else.
