[WT-support] RDCXC: Worked Oblasts window and Check Multiplier window

Harry,
Type CTYFILE [Enter]. Select CTY_WT_MOD.DAT instead of CTY.DAT, then it
should work better.
Also select Tools | Data Entry | Exchange guessing | Automatically.
If that doesn't help, type REOPEN [Enter] and make sure the contest type is
set to "Russian DX Contest".
If you still can't see the Alt-Z and Alt-M multiplier windows, perhaps they
have been moved off the edge of the screen.
Right click, Windows | Default Layout ... | Press [Factory settings] and
press [OK]. Then try again.
