- CQWW WPX RTTY : Rules 2009 : The band-change limit for MS is
   increased to 8 per hour.

- DX Cluster Wnd (Alt-A) : New option to display only the op-entered
   spots. Tnx YL2GD.

- CQWW 160 : Zones wnd : Copy as text enabled. Tnx G3TXF.

- CQWW WPX : RTTY M/S => Numbering sequence for whole log for M/S and
   numbering per band for the other M/? categories.

- Bugfix : Stats wnd (Ctrl-F9) : If the contest spread over two days
   (CQWW 160 rules 2009 for example), it was impossible to export
   a target file over 48 hrs. Tnx OK1VWK @ OL7R.
