[WT-support] Program Quits for Stew Perry New file

I'm trying to start up for the Stew Perry Challenge. Using either 4.2 or
4.3 with Windows XP. I try to create the file but in starting the session 
(seeing the timing bar extend), the program quits before I get the normal
screen. Suggestions? Thanks, Bruce K6ZB
