STEW-PERRY.DTB takes care of the exchange pre-fill only.

STEW_PERRY.(SCP|DTA) takes care of the SCP. Note the underscore.

If you want to use MASTER.SCP for this contest, just duplicate it and
rename it STEW_PERRY.SCP. The same rule applies to MASTER.DTA to be
duplicated and renamed STEW_PERRY.DTA.
