[WT-support] DXDoubler SO2R conections

So long as Win-Test asserts pin 5 correctly, you can run the DXD with 
the relevant jumper in "NA" mode, and the stereo switching works just 
fine.  This has been tested with N1MM Logger, an LPT port and a DXD, and 
also with N1MM's USB control mode, the Piexx SO2RXLAT and a DXD.
