I can't find it in the general rules 
(http://www.arrl.org/contests/announcements/rules-all.html), the HF 
contest rules 
(http://www.arrl.org/contests/announcements/rules-hf.html), or in the 10 
meter contest rules 
(http://www.arrl.org/contests/rules/2009/10-meters.html), and thus, no 
default off-period can be set in Win-Test. But, I may missed it.
