[WT-support] CW characters lost when footswitch is pressed

The microKeyer.  This has nothing to do with Win-Test.

See the "Footswitch sequencer" settings in the microHAM Router program,
under the PTT tab.

According to page 33 of the microKeyer manual:

"Mute serial CW - if checked, serial CW will be muted while the footswitch
is pressed. If Restore serial CW is checked, CW will resume when the
footswitch is released (if it has not already ended)."

"Serial CW" means CW originating on the serial interface, such as that
coming from Win-Test when you press a message button.
