[WT-support] No audio in recordings made with Microham USB Audio Codec

I get no audio in my recordings (VU meters don't move) when I select the
microHAM "USB Audio Codec" as my recording source in Win-Test 4.3 via
Options | MP3 Configuration.

The only way I can make it work is to change the Windows Default Recording
device to "USB Audio Codec" using the Control Panel.

Does anyone else see the same thing?  I'm using a microHAM MK2R+.  The USB
Audio Codec is the interface to the external USB sound card that is wired to
the radio's audio output.
