[WT-support] put to discussion: handling of incoming QTC trafficwith wintest.

Typing qtc after the contest is practically impossible using WT and Alt-L.
The reason is that you do not have control over the time when the qtc was
received. You will have to edit the cabrillo for this.

Even simple edits of received qtc to add a new line will result into qtc
records in the cabrillo appended at the end with date/time corresponding to
the time you did the edit!
