Hi, happy to be among the privileged V4 users now !

I was testing the ESM as the first thing - Oms, you will not find a good instructions on the page indicated. The instructions seem to have not been written for now yet?

Anyhow, I seem to agree with the approach by P3F.

BUT!

I am testing ESM with my CQWW CW 2008 log and settings.

I have Exchange guessing Automatic and Exchange message as follows:

$LOGGEDCALL $GUESSEXCH $F2 $SPACEBAR

Now having AUTOSEND enabled I press ENTER for CQ message (F1), log W3LPL and the correct exchange gets sent automatically and cursor moves to exchange field which gets filled with "05". All correct so far.

BUT NEXT ENTER GIVES ANOTHER EXHANGE MESSAGE not TU ES5TV from PLUS. What is wrong? Only next press results in correct TU message.

It seems to act this way despite any action of mine. I can press SPACE by moving between fields, I can overwrite the received exchange... Anyhow, it sends the EXCHANGE one more time.

What is going on?
