These are not problems for the ARRL SS or WPX log checkers. They will accept 
out-of-sequence and missing serial numbers. What IS a big problem is when 
Win-Test sends a different serial number from what gets logged by Win-Test. Yes, 
this DOES happen, as was discussed on this reflector about a year ago.
