First it may be helpful to understand that CW / RTTY messages set by the
MSGS command are saved in the .WTB file, but the $MSG1 to $MSG12 "macros"
set by the [Alt-C] command are saved in WT.INI (in the [MemoryKeyer]
section).
So you could press [Alt-C] and set
$MSG1: CQ CQ IZ7AUH IZ7AUH
$MSG2: RYRYRY CQ CQ CQ DE IZ7AUH IZ7AUH CQ
Then for CW logs, use MSGS or [Shift-F1] to set
F1: $MSG1
and for RTTY logs,
F1: $MSG2
If there are mixed CW / RTTY contests you are entering, you could set:
RUN S&P
F1: $MSG1 $MSG2
And switch between CW and RTTY messages by pressing [Ctrl-Tab] to toggle
from Run to S&P mode.
