Hi Simon,

I'm not near my shack where I can try this myself.  [Ctrl-M] would be the
only thing I can think of that might work in Win-test Keyboard mode for
RTTY.  [Ctrl-M] is an alternate way of typing a Carriage Return character.
Try it in a Windows command prompt window and you'll see what I mean.

If [Ctrl-M] doesn't work in Win-Test Keyboard mode, maybe it could be added
without breaking anything?
