[WT-support] Paddle focus problem with WinKeyer 2

Hi Ingo

Let me tell you that I never use paddles in contests. I always use the F
buttons and avoid "chat". Not having the paddle around is a good incentive
to avoid chat.... If "chat" is needed (for QSYs), I use the keyboard. Also I
never use winkey. I prefer to use WT internal CW generator. So I never
experienced your situation, because the keyboard always send CW into the
active radio.

Conceptually if you are using a paddle, the behaviour must be the same if
you are using the keyboard - the paddle always sends morse into the active
radio, no matter what.

If you push F1 on radio 1, and immediately push "*", the radio will finnish
sending the content of F1 on radio1, but radio2 is already the active radio.
So using a paddle or pushing a F key (after the "* key") will send CW into
radio2, the active radio.
This is the way it is supposed to work.
