[WT-support] R: Windows Dx-Cluster-Monitor and DX-Spots

Problem Solved !!

I do run Win-Test on a company Laptop that has multiple DNS Servers for various branches that I do visit.
I now created manually a new IP-Adress for both applications with 192.168.10.XXX; now it runs fine !
