I have worked around the 7700 SPLIT problem in WinTest.

Setting the IC7700 with the IC781 interrupt of 26h.

Then tell WinTest that the radio is the IC781

Works perfect!

So the IC7800 uses the IC756 command set. 7800 works great with WinTest. No
modifications

The IC7700 setting in WinTest used the same IC756/IC7800 command set
(current version WinTest).

The IC7700 setup in WinTest needs to be changed to use IC781 command strings
and all will be will (IC7700 interrupt setting is 74h)

Most recent version using the - (minus key) to enter the VFO B frequency
information does not cause the IC7700 to go into SPILT mode. Frequency
information is properly loaded into VFO B. No problem.

All other frequency controls of the IC7700 with WinTest work OK.

SPLIT function works all OK with IC7800 and IC781. Goes into SPLIT and back
to transceive. No issues.

Can you check IC7700 SPLIT commands in WinTest.

Thanks and 73,

Tim K3LR
