Please give a try to the next nightly build (oct 31, 2008). I only 
patched the FT1000MP code for now, in order to see if that really fix 
the problem. Pay attention for possible side effects (entering manual 
split frequency, grabing a QSX spot when the radio in not yet in split 
mode etc). If OK, then I will fix the code for the other yaesu's as well.
