[WT-support] CTY-1811 and Win-Test

If there were any problems with CTY-1811 this past weekend, please let me know so I can fix them before CQWW CW.  I'm still not 100% sure that all BY, K, UA9/0, VE and VK zones are working properly.

Please reply to me directly (you can copy the reflector if you wish) because I do not read the reflector.
