This is when using a MicroHAM MK2R+ DVK, right?  When I move below 1810 kHz,
I hear a relay click in the MK2R+.  That's an important clue.

In the microHAM menu, select Router | Options | Digital Band Map | click to
highlight the line that says "160m 1800-1810 kHz", then click [Remove].

That should fix it.  The MK2R is assuming you want to go digital below 1810
kHz.
