[WT-support] Splits on 40

So if you turn off split, then start clicking, Win-Test will work fine for
the rest of the contest, whether you click on split spots or not, right?

The only thing that matters is the state of the radio the *first* time you
click on a split spot, right?  Split has to be OFF at that time.  From that
point forward, it all works OK?
