[WT-support] Keep losing configuration

OK, well, once you have Win-Test working the way you want it to work, exit
Win-Test cleanly, then save a copy of WT.INI somewhere safe.  When it stops
working again, send us a copy of the corrupted WT.INI and restore it from
the backup copy.
