[WT-support] CQWW issues

I can't tell without seeing your complete Cabrillo header.  Does it say
"START-OF-LOG: 2.0" at the top?  It should say 3.0 if you are using those
tags.  Also, some log robots may insist on all CAPITAL letters in the tags.
