[WT-support] Updated setup guide for MK2R+

Hi guys!


I'd update the setup guide for microHam MK2R(+) with WT on WT Wiki:

There's some changes because new Router version (as well as new WT versions).
Mostly changes are for WK operating (avoiding unwanted speed changes etc.)

In this setup WK is used instead of serial CW & PTT. I found this to
be the best combination at the moment.

Also please note that in Router audio switching tab you may want to
change the digital band map settings at least on 40M in order to be
able to operate SSB below 7045 (or so).
You can do it either by modifying the digital band map frequencies or
by selecting from drop down box only voice settings for SSB contests.

These settings are only example of how to get MK2R working on SSB and
CW (config I use). If you're familiar with Router, WT and MK2R there's
nothing new to you, but if you're trying to get your MK2R work with WT
for 1st time, you may find these useful.

Before changing your configurations, make sure that you have latest
Router version (as well as new version of WT).
