But there´s no option to export to CABRILLO if you are in DX pedition mode.

Maybe I am doing something wrong. Do you have this posibility in another
option?

with some tricks you can.

a) take WT in dxpedition mode
   log some qsos
   export Cabrillo log

b) export your DX log as cabrillo
   compare the cabrillos, maybe fix the headers of your
   DX log to those in the WT export cabrillo
   import the cabrillo into WT
