[WT-support] FT1000D not tracking

Tried adding the resistor between pins 1 and 2 on the DIN6 that connects to 
the 1000D (also tested on the 990) and this appears to have had no effect.
Radios still will not track back to the computer.
Set the system up on the 1000mkV station and all works great so I am still 
left with 3 of my operating positions that do not work.
