[WT-support] Correct zones?

hmm .. I just tried it, but it does not fully solve the problem ..
I tried CTY_WT.DAT and CTY_WT_MOD.DAT
The VE3 Problem is solved, but K7IA and N4QU remain in the wrong Zone.
