[WT-support] Correct zones?

I'd suggest using CTY_MOD.DAT. It contains more detailed geographical
parsing and does contain the correct Zones for the Canadian prefixes

CTY.DAT seems to be missing Zone Assignments for some Canadian Prefixes.

Subject: [WT-support] Correct zones?

Win-test tells me...

 128 2008-09-28 23:45 80 VE3KI 04 : CTY.DAT expect CQ Zone: 05
  129 2008-09-28 23:46 80 VE3FH 04 : CTY.DAT expect CQ Zone: 05
  130 2008-09-28 23:58 40 K7IA 03 : CTY.DAT expect CQ Zone: 04
  132 2008-09-27 11:05 80 N4QU 04 : CTY.DAT expect CQ Zone: 05

among 40 others in the report ! Why would we, for example, expect a
VE3 station to be in zone 5 ?
